Kumawood child actress Maame Serwaa has slammed critics who after her mother’s death claimed she had killed her mother for money rituals.
Facebook prophetess, Pep Donkor was the one who alleged that Kumawood actress, known on-screen as Maame Serwaa born Clara Benson had used her for money rituals.

The ‘notorious’ prophetess who has self-styled herself as the spokesperson of God went on to allege that Maame Serwaa is among the 30 percent of Kumawood actors who have gone through money rituals to make themselves rich.
Another Kumasi based ‘pastor’ also claimed that she is a member of a secret society thus she (Maame Serwaa) used her mother for sacrifice to get a new rank in the group.

There were several reports that claimed the actress had joined a secret society. She clarified this assertion when she appeared on the Delay Show, Sunday, April 8.
“It is never true. Kill my mum for what? I was accused of killing my mum a few days after she died”, she said.

“The accuser did not even wait for us to finish her one-week memorial service. It was alleged that one ‘Osofo maame’ came up with the claims. Another pastor also said I was a member of Illuminati. I don’t even know what an Illuminati is. I don’t even own a car,” she added.
The mortal remains of the late Mrs Rose Amoateng Benson, the late mother of Kumawood actress, Clara Benson, popularly known as Maame Serwaa, was laid to rest on last Saturday, January 20, 2018

The burial and final funeral rites, as we reported, came off at Atwima Koforidua, near Assemblies of God Church in the Ashanti Region.
