Saturday,16th December 2017 was a gloomy day for Kumawood actress, Nana Ama McBrown as she held the final funeral rites for her late mother(not her real mom) madam Betty Obiri Yeboah.
A number of Kumawood actors and actresses, clad in black and red thronged to the funeral grounds of Madam Obiri Yeboah to pay their respects to the grieving family.
Nana Ama Mcbrown, born Felicia Ama Agyemang has always attributed her upbringing to Madam Obiri Yeboah who was actually her aunt.

Nana Ama together with her six siblings was however adopted by Madam Betty and her husband, Kofi Mcbrown.
In the video, she characterized her late mum as ‘God’s gift’ ‘nyamekye’ as mention in the local language and in a heartbroken said she has left many behind.
Meanwhile, The actress has been noted to refer to Madam Betty as her ‘true’ mother and has many times expressed her immense gratitude to her.
