A video has surfaced barely 24 hours after the massive win of Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua as the General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party.
Lawyer Justin Kodua popularly referred to as JFK won the slot with 2,837 votes against Mr Boadu’s 2,524. His win has come as a surprise to all.
Though he possed as a suitable winner for the post, many people thought The John Boadu effect will take over and retain him as the General Secretary but that did not happen.
After officially declaring his intention to contest for the position of the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in March this year, JKF was seen as an underdog.
While many are wondering how Lawyer Justin got the people and numbers to rally behind him to clinch victory, a video that captures him and Ghanaian theologian, Prophet Victor Kusi Boateng has surfaced to answer the question.
In the video fast going viral, Lawyer Justin Kodua could be seen kneeling before Victor Kusi Boateng, the founder of Power Chapel Worldwide receiving prayers ahead of the National Delegates Conference.
Prophet Victor also in the footage is heard spewing his heart out and invoking God’s favour and mercy on the ‘humble’ Lawyer to help him win his contest. He prayed for him amid pouring anointing oil on him.
“I declare that as even as you go and this oil shows that is placed on your head, the difference will be made to an extent that men that were even angry at you when they look at you will have no option than to vote for you. May the Angels be your security, May the Angels be your promoter, May the Angels be those that shall prevent any form of failure” Prophet Victor prayed.

Mr Justin Frimpong Kodua will serve as the General Secretary of the party for the next four years.
JFK is the former Deputy Regional Youth Organiser in 2010 and a member of the NPP Ashanti Regional campaign team in 2008.
He also served as a member of the National Youth Wing of the party as a Chairman of the Legal Committee of the youth wing.
In 2020, he also served as the Chairman of the Strategic Communications Committee of the NPP in the Ashanti Region for the general elections.
