Highlife legend and ‘King of Music’ Nana Kwame Ampadu in an appearance on KOFI Tv made a stunning revelation that Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie is the greatest contemporary artiste he’s ever seen and worked with. Though he has not had the opportunity to work with other artists, due to Sarkodie’s rap prowess, he decided to collaborate with him on his upcoming album.

“In 2013, the band that I work with celebrated their 50th Anniversary. We got support from some event organizers but just two months to the event, the event organizer and I got very sick”.
“Prior to that, we had recorded some songs and needed a rapper to feature on it. Sarkodie was the I could count on due to his musical and personal reputation, so when he came around, I told him I had left some 16 bars for him to add his voice and instantly he did it to my surprise”

After listening to the song in minutes interval, I enjoyed it with accompanying clap by myself”, Nana Kwaku Ampadu told Kofi Adomah Nwanwani of Kofi TV.
The highlife legend revealed that the two songs recorded with Sarkodie will be released later this year for music enthusiast to enjoy the great masterpiece.
