Ace music producer Mark Okraku Mantey in a recent interview with Starr Fm on Wednesday threw shots at the “Ghanaian dancehall genre”.
He called out big names like Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are not really doing ‘dancehall’ despite they classifying themselves as such.
In the interview he stated that Shatta is not even a dancehall artist despite calling himself the ‘dancehall king’.And according to him,it’s Jupitar who does real dancehall.
“Surprisingly, Shatta Wale calls himself a dancehall king but scan through his songs for the past two years,” he said.
“The young man is not doing dancehall.” he continued. “Stonebwoy is not even doing hardcore Dancehall. He is doing Reggae.”
“For me, it’s Jupitar. He has been consistent since day one.”

Seems, these comments from Mark really got to Shatta Wale and in a live video recording on facebook he called out Okraku as a foolish man,silly, idiot, a thief, a cheat and even worse more.
Interestingly , he said Mark paid him just 2 cedis when he (Shatta Wale ) featured on George Jara’s ( an artiste Mark us to manage)song and it isn’t just him but cheats several other Ghanaian musicians.
Hmmm Shatta can insult , he even stated that Mark stinks and does not even shower.
