A little over a week ago, Ghpage.com reported that the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) has given Shatta Michy, the wife of Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale two weeks ultimatum to vacate the premises where she has her Diamond Pub and Grill at East Legon.

But Shatta Wale has a different version of why the AMA wants to demolish his baby mama’s Pub and Grill joint. And it’s a wild allegation.
In an interview with Shatta Wale on Adom FM’s Kasahari Level, the Dancehall Champion disclosed that even though the demolition was to affect structures in the Green Belt zone, Shatta Michy was the only target for the AMA
“When I came to Ghana, I heard they [AMA] are clearing everyone on that lane. It was a greenbelt operation. But I realized they haven’t sacked anyone apart from Mitchy…” he said.

Shatta Wale disclosed that his source close to AMA has confided in him that, a faceless woman is behind the eviction of her wife from her Pub even though she (the rich woman) also has a bigger land right behind her wife’s property.
“I was told it is a rich woman who wanted the land even though she has a big land behind the pub. She insisted she wanted Shatta Michy’s land. Sometimes people have money and don’t have happiness. I call them poor people even though she has a car but she is poor…” he added.
“You can’t worry a young girl who wants to come up like this. She is not standing at the roadside. I have told her to relax but she wants to do something. If you do things like this it means you are not educating the young girls in the society to work hard…” he added.
