‘I wanted to be a custom officer’—Maame Serwaa Revealed Her Dream Career

Ghpage.com recently published a story about the second richest Ghanaian child actress Clara Benson, better known by her screen name, Maame Serwaa who spoke about the outcome of her result in the 2017 May/June WASSCE.

The young actress disclosed that her lowest WASSCE grade is C6 amidst speculations that the young actress had failed miserably.

“Everything went on well [with my WASSCE] and I thank God Almighty for everything…even my least grade was C6.” she revealed.

This wasn’t the first time, Clara’s results had become a concern for the public. A similar thing occurred when she completed JHS. Many concluded she had failed woefully since she is seen in movies every now and then and doesn’t have time for her books.

Maame, speaking on Tv3’s Newsday program, and as monitored by Ghpage.com was pleased with her grades and has revealed that her dream was to become a ‘customs officer’

It was very shocking to hear the actress confessing a dream career which is not in line with acting.

“Yes… a customs officer. If God permits and wants me to pursue that career, I will.” she said when asked.

Maame Serwaa also revealed that she’s started dating now but that she’d rather keep that private.

She was one of the 289,207 final-year public and private Senior High School (SHS) candidates who sat for this year’s West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
