The Kumasi City Mall which is the first of it kind to be open at the business hub of Ghana, Kumasi, is almost done. And Ghpage.com has the privilege to give you a tour of the building.

The yet to be opened Kumasi City Mall is owned by Delico Kumasi Limited which is a fully owned subsidiary of Delico Property Investments Ghana Limited. It is the same company that owns Achimota Retail Centre. The Mall is estimated to cost $95 Million.
The tour takes you through the various offer categories of the mall including foodstuff/grocery, lifestyle, electronics, pharmaceuticals, gifts and high value jewelery and many others.Together with the undercover basement, the car park has a total capacity of 1000 bays on-grade
Sitting on a total land area of 15.4 acres and a gross area of 18,500 square meters, the Kumasi City Mall is anchored on its two ends by two well established retail operators in Ghana, namely Shoprite and Game, and has (60) line shops offering goods and all the retail categories.
By the way, the mall opens to the general public on April 20th 2017 and would be officially commissioned on Wednesday May 10th 2017 by the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
