A doubtful and jealous wife nearly took the life of her husband after she allegedly stabbed him twice on his shoulder whilst he was in a deep sleep.
The wife who is said to have for a long time been suspecting her husband of cheating on her with another girl (side-chick) lost her cool when during the morning of the incident when she overheard her husband talking to a lady on phone. (she heard a lady’s voice)
This angered her to stab the husband in his sleep. The man, fortunately, found the strength to run out of the house shouting for help.

The man is currently at the Federal Medical Centre, Owerri, Nigeria receiving treatment.
