A woman identified as Portia has been shot and unalived by her husband in a fit of rage after discovering she was having an affair with her manager.
According to reports, the incident occurred on Portia’s birthday.
Her husband had reportedly planned a surprise celebration at home to mark the occasion, however, upon returning from work with gifts from her colleagues, Portia informed her husband that she was going out to celebrate with friends instead.
An argument reportedly ensued between the couple before she left the house.
The husband’s repeated attempts to reach her throughout the night proved futile, as she allegedly ignored his calls.

Portia returned home around 6 a.m., and upon entering the bathroom, another heated confrontation erupted between her and her husband.
During the argument, he seized her phone and discovered explicit evidence confirming that she had spent the night with her manager, rather than with friends as she had claimed.
Consumed by anger and betrayal, the husband shot his wife five times, unaliving her instantly.
He then drove to the nearest police station, turned himself in, and surrendered both the weapon and his wife’s phone, which contained evidence of the affair.
Authorities have since taken him into custody, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
