Rongai, Kenya – A tragic domestic dispute turned fatal last Saturday evening when an Okada rider, Geoffrey Ouma, was stabbed to death by his wife during an argument over money.
According to reports, Ouma had returned home from work amidst heavy rainfall in Rongai.
His wife, known for demanding his daily earnings, confronted him for money as usual.
He handed over what he had managed to earn for the day, but when she asked for more, he explained that the bad weather had hindered his work, leading to lower income.

Unmoved by his explanation, his wife listed several overdue household expenses and insisted on receiving more money.
Ouma reiterated that he had brought all he had, but this response only fueled her anger.
In a fit of rage, she stormed into the kitchen and grabbed a knife.
Realising the imminent danger, Ouma attempted to flee, but he tragically tripped and fell.
Seizing the moment, his wife stabbed him in the chest, killing him instantly inside their home.
