According to reports, the “one corner”  hitmaker expressed his disappointment in the comments made by Kawoula Biov. Kawoula Biov was unpleased that Patapaa was taking all the glory of the song, so, he accused Patapaa of taking the credit for his work. The rapper as a reaction to Biov’s comment has resolved never to perform his verse in the song again.

Expressing his anger he said ;

“I will never perform with the song again, I don’t even want to hear the song again and I don’t even want to hear his songs in my ears again because when someone does something for you, you have to show gratitude. So if you are going about insulting me that what I did has no sense in it, I would be frank, I am very hurt. It’s okay if my willingness to help him has turned against me

Patapaa said he didn’t promote the song as his as Biov is insinuating. He said his fans willingly started the “skopatomana” challenge which has since gone viral.

He further added;

I want Ghanaians to understand that I have never stolen his song. It is just Ghanaians who love me and decided to start a challenge with my part of the song. I have so many songs of my own so I won’t take credit for someone’s song.

So, to avoid any further embarrassment from Biov, he has resolved to stop performing his Skopatumana verse.

Do you think Patapaa was trying to take credit for Biov’s song or is Biov jealous of Patapaa’s success?
