Entertainment critic and Shatta Wale’s Manager, Bulldog yesterday in an appearance on UTV’s ‘United Showbiz’ hosted by celebrated actress and presenter Nana Ama Mcbrown made a shocking statement that got everyone talking.
Bulldog said he will end his working relationship with Shatta Wale if he decides to participate in the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) again. According to him, that is the only stand that may oblige him to stop working with the SM boss.
The bond that exist between Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, well known as Bulldog, and the ever-controversial musician Charles Nii Armah Mensah-Shatta Wale is very strong.
Each went their separate ways years back after a mix-up at their camp, but considering the work ethics and the work speed of Bulldog, Shatta Wale still went for him to be his manager after he was signed by Zylofon media.
Speaking on United Showbiz, Bulldog said he has advised Shatta Wale many times on his association in the VGMA but if he changes his mind, he cannot force him but allow him to do as he pleases.
“I’m an artiste manager and mine is to counsel. I can’t force my artiste to do what he doesn’t want to do. He can change his mind and say next year that he will join but I’ve told him when he joins, I will leave him to go and start my farm,” Bulldog said.
