MAJOR MAXWELL ADAM MAHAMA
Ghanaians are still recovering from the gruesome murder of this brilliant 32-year-old military officer who was with the 5th Infantry Batallion (5BN) at Burma Camp in Accra.
He was murdered on the 29th of May 2017 when he was on detachment duties at the Denkyira Boase in the Central Region. He was lynched and torched to death by the irate youth of the town led by the Assemblyman. According to the youth. They mistook him for an arm when they spotted a sidearm on him.
So far about 35 people have been arrested in connection with his death are standing trying. his death shook the nation and sparked a campaign against instant mob action on perceived criminals.

KOMLA DUMOR
Komla Dumor was Joy Fm presented and later BBC broadcaster. He was already making waves and making it big in Ghana before his untimely death.
With the speed with which success was following him, I wonder how he would have been by now. Definitely one of the great broadcasters African has ever seen. He threw the whole nation into a shock when passed on from a cardiac arrest in London on January 18, 2014. He died at age 41.
