Fast-rising Ghanaian musician Andy Agyemang popularly known as YPee has explained in an exclusive interview with Ghpage TV why he is currently not really on good terms with Medikal.

According to Ypee, the AMG rapper refused to perform his hit song ‘Me Y3 Guy’ which featured Medikal with him on stage at a show where he (Medikal) was the headline artiste.

Ypee explained that Medikal refused to perform with him on stage because he (Medikal) claimed he didn’t rehearse the song and didn’t have plans of performing it.

Ypee stated that he felt Medikal will agree to his request due to the good relationship he has with him but the AMG rapper refused.

According to Ypee, he was really hurt over Medikal’s refusal and has since then not really been on good terms with him.

He also debunked rumours that Medikal featured on his songs for free. Ypee further explained that he paid Medikal for every feature he did on his songs despite the good relationship they had.

He also cautioned Ghanaians to stop tagging him as ungrateful because he paid Medikal for every feature he did for him.

Ypee also disclosed that his current song ‘Observation’ is not a diss song to Medikal as purported by the media.

He explained that when Medikal released his ‘To whom it may concern’ song, it was for all rappers and also decided to release his due to what he had observed.

It is a known fact that Medikal and Ypee used to be good friends but for some time now, things have changed.

During the Strongman-Medikal lyrical battle, Ypee released a song dubbed ‘Observation’ and it was purported that it was a diss song to Medikal.
