Popular Ghanaian actress cum producer, Yvonne Nelson is in a war of words with another actress and fashion personality, Nana Akua Addo.
It all started when red carpet pictures from the just ended Golden Movie Awards 2017 flooded social media over the weekend.

Yvonne Nelson called on her fellow actresses to concentrate more on reviving the dead movie industry in Ghana and slow down on slaying on red carpet. She tweeted:
Nana Akua Addo“Listen, let’s put in same energy to bring back the dead industry rather than slay on carpets cuz truthfully y’all know there’s no work!”, Yvonne tweeted.
But Nana Akua Addo who is famous for her fashion personality and who is known to slay on most red carpets took the call by Miss Yvonne Nelson personal and replied her on her Instagram page. Nana Akua Posted:
“RED CARPET is an industry called Fashion(SLAY) YES!!Either reinvent and help the industry grow or become a Commentator ? Technology is making video and content the future. The industry is for the TALENT. TALENT will keep you relevant in the industry long LEGS may get weak with time. CHANGE is here if you can’t embrace it, join them “if you can’t beat them !!!!! IF slaying is not Working for you, have you tried running ? with those long legs? It’s called reinvent either ways Ghana is winning My break time is up back to class….”
But in a quick rebuttal, the famous actress Yvonne Nelson who is alleged to be pregnant responded to the attack by Nana Akua Addo. She tweeted:
“Like I said in my tweets earlier….the shallow minds won’t get it”
Nana recently attended the just ended BET Awards 2017 in Los Angeles where she disclosed her cloth cost GH¢37,ooo. She is a true slay queen.
