Nana Appiah Mensah’s businesses seem to be suffering after he had a problem with his Menzgold investment company. From his inability to pay his aggrieved customers their dividends and his workers their salaries for some few months to the EOCO freezing his account.
News reaching us has it that his Zylofon media building in Tamale is also up for rent as his landlord of the building has already started advertising for new people to come and rent the building.
The ultra-modern Tamale office in the Northern Regional capital was opened for business in November 2017 with the view to nurturing and retaining talents in the Creative Arts industry from the three regions of the north.

The structure according belongs to a military ex-serviceman King David who also operates a drinking spot and a restaurant but he declined to comment as to whether the rent expired or they have been thrown out for nonpayment.
From the advertisement on the banner, HCL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT has been given the responsibility to rent out the facility with rumors that the owner is taking precautionary measures to protect his office and property considering the situation Menzgold finds itself.
