Ghpage.com has already reported that the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2018 which will be held on 14th April 2018 will not be seeing any of Zylofon Media artists mounting the stage.
Zylofon Media is the home of Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Joyce Blessing, Kumi Guitar, Becca, and others. With the VGMA being the biggest music night in Ghana, many would have expected at least Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy will be gracing the occasion but Ghanaians won’t have it.

According to what Ghpage.com has gathered, the Nana Appiah Mensah owned Zylofon Media charged GHS300,000 for Stonebwoy to perform and GHS400,000 for the self-acclaimed Dancehall King, Shatta Wale.
In total, Zylofon Media is charging GHS700,000 for both A-List artists. Interestingly, they will both be performing 30 minutes each if Charterhouse had agreed to pay that amount.

Well, the two giant showbiz companies could not reach an agreement. So Ghanaians won’t be witnessing the energetic performance of the two Dancehall commandos.
Another thing that unfortunate situation is the near legal battle Charterhouse was embroiled in when they billed Stonebwoy to perform at the VGMA nominees Jam in Cape Coast.
