It appears the intense beef experienced between the Bhim Nation Boss, Stonebwoy and the Nana Appiah Mensah owned Zylofon Media a few months ago has not ended as many perceived it to be.
Zylofon Music has just revealed they have handed over the contract signed between the label and their artist Stonebwoy to study and advise them on the way forward.
Stonebwoy was signed unto Zylofon Media in June 2018 whiles his archenemy Shatta Wale joined Zylofon on 31st March 2018. Since then, hell broke loose.
Shatta Wale and the Zylofon team was pitched against Stonebwoy. It got worse that Stonebwoy shot at a team of Zylofon team led by Bulldog, an artist manager at Zylofon who went there to forcefully retrieve car given to Stonebwoy when he was signed.

Recently, Stonebwoy in an interview on Hitz Fm stated that if any organization or any individual wants to book him, they should do it through his manager Black Cedi. If they do it through it Zylfon, his record label, then it’s his back case.
But Zylofon has reacted and hastated emphatically that the statement is a breach of contract and they will pick the issue on. The PRO of Zylofon Music, Asamoah-Baidoo in an interview on Hitz FM admitted that indeed there is a problem between Zylofon and Stonebwoy but the management has met not long ago to talk it out so he is surprised with Stonebwoy’s comment.

“I would be lying if I do state that there is no issue between Stonebwoy and the record label but Stonebwoy is still a Zylofon recording artiste and there is no dispute about it. I remember on March 13, there was a release by or for the label outlining all the celebrities under the brand and Stonebwoy’s name was in there.”
“On March 23rd, there was another release which actually specified that if there is any organization/firm that would want to engage Stonebwoy as an artist, the person must seek the approval of Zylofon Music and that still stands. As far as we are concerned as a label, Stonebwoy is still signed to us.”
“I would be lying if I do state that there is no issue between Stonebwoy and the record label. Over the period, the legal team of Zylofon Music and Stonebwoy’s team have been meeting to resolve the seeming issue that exists between the two entities so we were actually surprised that he went ahead to make those statements to the effect that his management should be contacted for bookings.” Arnold said.
Sammy Forson, the host asked if the attitude of Stonebwoy could be attributed to the belief that he has been sidelined by management at Zylofon. Asamoah-Baidoo responded:
“I’m not sure that is the problem because he would have said that in any of the several meetings we have had.”
Finally, the host inquired if the act is a breach of contract and if so would they consider picking Stonebwoy on, the PRO for Zylofon Music revealed they have forward the issue to their legal team for an advice on how to go about it.
“we have given this to our legal team which is led by Kwame Boafo Akuffo and with time we are going to issue a statement in regard to the latest declaration by Stonebwoy because we believe as a label, it is important we respect contracts and responsibilities both parties have agreed on in the contract so you guys will hear from our legal team”, Asamoah-Baidoo ended the interview
