Ghana’s President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is in Nigeria, Abuja for the 52nd Ordinary Session of the Authority of Heads of State and Government.
A statement from the presidency has stated that the President was received at the VIP section of the Nnamdi Azikiwe airport by Ghana’s High Commissioner to Nigeria, Rashid Bawa and other High Commission officials in Nigeria.

According to the statement issued at the presidency, it has also hinted that the President will push his Africa beyond aid agenda at the ECOWAS Summit.
Also according to Starrfmonline.com, Ghana’s High Commissioner to Nigeria, Rashid also confirmed that the President will hold bilateral talks with some of his colleague Heads of State on the sidelines of the summit.
Nevertheless, President Akufo-Addo will also visit Nigerian President, Mahamudu Buhari.
