Barbara Mahama international mission job

The government has fulfilled a promise to employ widow of slain Major Maxwell Adam Mahama, Barbara Mahama and she is set to work with one of the country’ foreign missions as her recruitment processes have been completed.

Dominic Nitiwul, the Defense Minister, has said that she settled for employment at a foreign mission after several opportunities were put before her.She has then landed on a communications role at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of government’s package to her.

“We gave her options; she is into communications so we gave her options, she said she wanted a particular job at the Foreign Ministry and we put her there. The idea is to take her completely away from this country for some time so that she does not keep remembering those problems that are there”, the Defense Minister stated during a two-day visit to the Western Region.
