Much is not known about her early life apart from the fact that her name is Ms Promise Aloba.
She is said to have ditched her children at an early age, leaving her husband as a single father.
Lere Olayinka, the media aide took to social media to criticise the mother of late singer Ilerioluwa aka Mohbad.
Olayinka alleged that MohBad’s mother abandoned him and his sister for 15 years, only to resurface after news of the ‘Peace’ crooner broke out.
Other sources also claim that she left them for only 10 years and both had already reunited before his untimely demise.
Lere apportioned blames on the woman saying “…and the same woman is receiving condolences on a child who died partly because the mother who should have helped to make him a better person abandoned him for 15 years”
Many claims her absence in the early life of her child might have lead him to his current lifestyle with no guidance.
Ms Promise Aloba recently surfaced and spoke for the first time concerning her son’s death asserting that it wasn’t a natural death. She went on to add that her son used to tell him about the threats in his life and how he plans to solve it all alone amicably.
