Rapper E.L as released a list of rappers in his opinion are the best to ever come out of Ghana.
E.L without giving any details as to how he was able to arrive at his final list just shared his list and it has so far caused some confusion especially with the exclusion of some of the so-called top rappers.
Strongman, Medikal, Teephlow or made the list but Oseikrom’s Flowking Stone and R2bees Omar Sterling aka Paedae, however, failed to make EL’s list.
