Ghanaian DJ Micheal Owusu popularly known as DJ Mic Smith has descended on the organizers of the Ghana DJ Awards.
According to the popular disc jockey, this has always been the situation of the awards scheme where undeserving people always win awards.
DJ Mic Smith further stated that he is not aware of the criteria the organizers used in awarding the winners, therefore, he is not surprised at the outcome.
In reacting to DJ Switch winning the Best DJ of the year, DJ Mic Smith stated that he is not surprised she won.
The award-winning DJ also congratulated DJ Switch on winning the coveted title.
“The history of the Ghana DJ Awards has been like this from day one. The people who don’t deserve win the award and those who have worked hard, stand out and deserve it do not win the award.
I don’t anything about the awards, I don’t know the criteria. You are just there and they will say you have won the award. I don’t really know what went into it before she got the award. I am not surprised that she won but then kudos to her. She has done well”, DJ Mic Smith added.
This comes after entertainment critics and social media users argued that 11-year-old DJ Switch did not deserve the Best DJ of the year Award.
However, DJ Switch in replying her critics indicated that she has always prayed for this and that God answered her prayers.
