Ghanaian musician Wanluv has shared an experience he had after smoking some rolls of wee at the Northern regional capital Tamale.
According to Wanluv in an interview, the first time he smoked weed was when he visited Uganda for a show and on his first attempt, he was able to smoke five rolls and nothing happened to him.
He went on to say that, on his arrival to Ghana, he was invited for a concert in Tamale and after the concert thinking he had the capacity to smoke weed he accepted a friends invitation to go and smoke but he regretted that day.

“While in Tamale some folks invited me to a park where we smoked but after smoking, I realized I was light. I ate so much that night and slept for like three days,” he narrated in Twi.
“Since then, I have decided not to smoke again because even though it’s a good thing, it doesn’t help me. I learnt it’s medicine for some people,” he said.

Even though Wanluv has disclosed that after that Tamale incident he has never tried smoking again, he has however joined the list of Ghanaians calling on the government to legalize it.
