A look into time in 2018, Sarkodie released a diss song titled ‘Advice’ to Shatta Wale to silence him for some time.
The diss song after it was released became the most air played song all over the country because many thought that was the fall of Shatta considering the heavy punchlines Sarkodie dropped in the song.
Shatta Wale did not immediately reply to Sarkodie in an equal measure and many concluded that the song did a whole lot of damage to him thus he needs time to resuscitate himself.
Shatta Wale in two years has revivified himself enough to face Sarkodie and has revived the beef throwing virtual blows at Sarkodie and tagging as broke.
Although Sarkodie appears unperturbed by his antics, Shatta Wale has persisted in his pursuit regardless.
Shatta Wale in an interview with Andy DFosty on Hitz FM’s DaybreakHitz Show, the self-acclaimed dancehall king stated that he made a song to counter Sarkodie.

According to him, his team advised him to focus on the promotion of his Reign Album because focusing his attention on replying to Sarkodie will jeopardize the chances of his album making it.
He said: ‘When Sarkodie released Advice, I recorded “Little Tip” the same day. My team begged me not to release it because I was promoting my Reign album’.
