A Junior High School pupil, Benjamin Mensah age 15 has built a ‘magnificent’ two-storey building himself at Seikwa, a town in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana.
The building will probably not pass for your traditional idea of what a storey building should look like but it is definitely strong enough for people to occupy it.

This young boy who seems to have a passion for innovation built his ‘mansion’ from raw materials he gathered from scratches.
The building has a carriage, electricity connection and everything a house is supposed to have in order for its occupants to have a comfortable living.

But it seems the building is not the only achievement of the young boy as the picture below shows that he might also be working on a wooden car.
