An unidentified man has fallen from the newly constructed Tamale Interchange in the Northern Region.
According to reports, the middle-aged man attempted to commit suicide but survived with serious injuries.
In a video, the man believed to be mentally deranged is seen jumping from the top of the interchange while residents looked on screaming.
The man was later rushed to the Tamale Central Hospital for treatment after he landed on the floor and suffered serious injuries.

However, the Police in Tamale has confirmed the unfortunate incident and revealed that they have commenced investigations into the matter.
The reason behind his action is still unknown as the police are yet to take his statement.
