The president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo has finally given hope to Ghanaians living abroad who are desperate to return to Ghana as well as those who desire to live the country.
Addressing the nation on 16th August 2020, the president revealed he is hoping to reopen the borders on 1st September 2020.
Nana Addo Dankwah revealed he is in consultation with the Aviation Authority and all the relevant stakeholders to ensure the readiness of the country before he reopens the borders.
This is the update number 15 under the theme; “Measures Taken against the spread of Coronavirus”
The president also revealed he has ordered the Education ministry to feed the final year JHS students one hot meal a day including the staff.
