The exclusive reason why gifted Ghanaian rapper Lyrical Joe does not seem to be making headway with his career has been revealed by record producer Mix Master Garzy.
According to him, Ghanaian rappers do not welcome the idea of featuring Lyrical Joe on projects with the fear that he would overshadow them.
Mix Master Garzy intimated that, since Lyrical Joe appears to have a distinct rap prowess, most of these local rappers are scared of featuring him or working with him on projects.
They see the feature as a battle which they stand no chance of winning. On the back of that, these rappers have decided not to feature Lyrical Joe and assist him to uplift his rap career to the next level.
While many love his rap style and his wordplay, Lyrical Joe is yet to have a strong footing in the music industry. His promising career has not yielded as much as Ghanaians had wished it would.
Mix Master Garzy has revealed that the only reason Lyrical Joe seems to be away from the limelight is the refusal of other rappers to feature him.
