Social media is on heated up with the latest news from the camps of Ghana’s most decorated rapper, Sarkodie and American rapper Ace Hood.
In 2015, Ghana saw the biggest hit ever to drop, it was a collaboration between Ace Hood and Sarkodie on the song titled ‘New Guy’.
All these while what we were made to believe is that it was Ace Hood who reached out to Sarkodie and his team to have a feature on the “New Guy’ song.
Sarkodie in an interview on Starr FM gave the claimed that admittedly it was rather Ace Hood who reached out to him for a feature. It was rumoured Sarkodie even paid $25,000 for the feature.
Well, truth they say is like pregnancy it can never be hidden no matter what. This is the case of Sarkodie and Ace Hood.
Ace Hood, finally has reacted to viral reports that he contacted Sarkodie to be featured on the ‘New Guy’ track that was released in June 2015.
The issue gained attention after Ace Hood recently unfollowed Sarkodie on social media. Netizens began to question why Ace Hood has unfollowed the rapper.
Well, the truth is here. Ace Hood has exposed Sarkodie saying he lied about their feature on the ‘New Guy’ song.
It came about like this; a Ghanaian tweep in a tweeted the video interview on Starr FM of Sarkodie claiming Ace Hood was the one who reached out to him and team.
She tagged Ace tagged in the tweet, he responded to the Tweet, definitely after watching the video too.
Ace Hood’s response to Sarkodie’s claim was simple:” It’s a lie smh. But I wish him well”
