Shatta Wale reacts to Chief Imam’s 100th birthday celebration in church

Ghanaian reggae-dancehall musician and producer, Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale has showered praises on Chief Imam Nuhu Sharabutu for worshipping with Christians in a church ahead of his 100th birthday celebration.

The ‘My Level’ hitmaker described the Chief Imam as a true son of Abraham and asked for God’s blessings on his life.

Shatta Wale took to social media and hailed praises on the Chief Imam for his remarkable and applaudable move.

He posted a picture of the Chief Imam on his Instagram page with the caption; “Ghana’s Chief Imam at Christ the King Church, Accra to celebrate his 100th birthday. A true son of Abraham!! God bless him for his shining example. Allahu Arkbar”.

The Chief Imam, yesterday 21st April 2019 visited Christ the King Catholic Church in Accra to join in the Easter Sunday Mass ahead of his 100th birthday celebration which falls on Tuesday.

The National Chief Imam was accompanied by his full delegation and this move has attracted praises from a large section of Ghanaians.

Sheikh Dr Osman Nuhu Sharabutu is an Islamic cleric, Chief Imam of Ghana, member of the National Peace Council and founder of the SONSETFund and IPASEC.

He was born on 23rd April 1919 at Old Fadama.
