Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin are parting ways after 25 years of marriage.
Flavin, 54, filed a petition “for dissolution of marriage and other relief” from the “Rambo” actor last Friday at a court in Palm Beach County, Florida, where the couple owns a home.
She is seeking exclusive domain of their home in Florida and has asked to have her last name Flavin restored. She also wants a greater share of their assets, alleging the actor deliberately squandered money that should be available to her.
Sylvester Stallone, 76, has yet to file his response to the divorce petition.
He married Flavin a businesswoman and former model, in London in 1997, after dating for several years in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
They share three daughters: Scarlet, 20, Sistine, 24, and Sophia, 25. The daughters are all adults, so there are no custody issues to resolve.
It was the third marriage for Sylvester Stallone, who was last married to his “Rocky IV” co-star Brigitte Nielsen from 1985 to 1987. It was Jennifer Stallone’s first marriage.
Stallone is also a father to son Seargeoh from his previous marriage to Sasha Czack. His oldest son Sage, whom he shares with Czack, died in 2012.
