Although some employers are very abusive and wicked looking at the poor working conditions they subject their employees to – But some employees are also the real devil incarnate.
According to Mr Evans Nunoo who’s a big-time entrepreneur, a lady he entrusted his business to – Was stealing the company’s funds at his blindside because he had completely left the company under her care.

After some months, he got to know that he was making losses yet bussiness was booming so he decided to make some rigorous interrogations only to find out that the lady had been stealing from him.
When he first confronted the lady, she denied ever stealing from him but after he pressed her a little more hard, she confessed that she stole some of the company’s profits for her own personal gains.
Disclosing what she used the stolen funds for, the lady revealed she spent some of the money on clothes, shoes, wigs and also bought an iPhone for her boyfriend who was unemployed.
Speaking in an interview on Kumasi-based LUV FM, Mr Evans is reported to have said;
“In my first experience, I employed this lady for my business thinking as a female, she will be lenient and not be a fraud. But unfortunately, she stole huge sums of money from me. When I called her to demand answers, she told me it was the gods of her family that stole the money.

“I later investigated through her friends and I was told she was actually spending this money on a guy. And, at the time the phone I was struggling to buy was the phone the guy was using.”
Mr Evans Nunoo also revealed on live radio that a close relative who took over the business also stole from him just like the lady who was caught.
He said: “I recruited a brother to look after the job and it was the same thing. In fact, he did an organized crime.
“Because of his position in the business, he was able to get key employees to connive with and steal to an extent that one of his guys, I was told, had two taxis in less than a year.”
