Deborah Owusu-Bonsu, professionally known as Sister Derby, has revealed that she’s not ready to marry or have kids now.
The ‘Uncle Obama’ hitmaker made this disclosure during an interview with Ameyaw TV.
According to Sister Derby, she’s very happy being in a relationship that won’t necessarily lead to marriage.

She continued that women are pressured to marry when they come of age and because of the pressure, they end up marrying the wrong men.
Sister Derby also advised young ladies not to buy into the pressure from society to marry because they might end up in abusive relationships.
“I am not desperate for marriage at all. If I don’t get married or have children, I am still happy and fine with myself. I don’t feel like it is the end of the world because of it, I have always been independent. I’m not rushing for marriage. Will it bring me 5 million dollars?
“Don’t force yourself into marriage because of societal pressures. Make sure that’s the right partner for you, understand each, have good communication and enjoy each other’s company.”
