Ghanaian dancehall King Stonebwoy has finally reacted to the insults hurled at him by veteran rapper Nii Addo Quaynor professionally known as Tinny.
In an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, the ‘Ever lasting’ hitmaker stated that Tinny’s reason for insulting him is flawed.
According to Stonebwoy, he felt sad after listening to Tinny’s submission because he didn’t make the payment to disrespect him and he only meant well.
The Burniton Music boss also added that his failure to contact Tinny before or after paying his debt didn’t warrant such insults from him.

“Big respect to Tinny but his reason during the interview at the time that I didn’t call him before or after, is flawed. It doesn’t warrant for you to squeeze me in such a manner, insult my intelligence. Tinny is somebody I respected irrespective of knowing his stance when it comes to a few things. Because it is based on his fabric that we are here today, it’s based off on other people’s fabric that they came, it is going to be based off on our fabric that other people will come.
I initially didn’t know the amount of money involved in the Tinny issue. At a point, I even forgot the issue was about him. It was just someone complaining about a debt and I just thought I should pay because I came to meet it. I wasn’t trying to take shine from the Tinny issue. I don’t think I will work with Tinny now. Well, not him alone. I just released Therapy. And I am now focusing on my album“, Stonebwoy noted.
Stonebwoy added that this incident has shown him where he stands with Tinny and would be cautious going forward.

It could be recalled that an event promoter called out Tinny for refusing to refund 2000 cedis paid to him after he failed to show up at the event.
In an interview, the promoter explained how Tinny used his car as collateral until he is able to refund the money.
Stonebwoy, who was present in the studio during the interview, offered to pay Tinny’s debt and asked the promoter to stop granting interviews about it.
This kind act by Stonebwoy infuriated Tinny, and he described him (Stonebwoy) as a fool for failing to contact him for verification.
