It seems Ghanaian actor, Chris Attoh has really left behind something good in Jerusalem as his ex-wife, Damilola has revealed that she has just started some series of exercise and dieting with the intention of losing some weight.
According to the actress, her huge butt has developed to the extent of tearing every dress she wears into pieces, therefore, she really needs to take some extreme weight loss action.

Damilola made this interesting big a$$ revelation on her Instagram page when she posted a very lovely photo and captioned it with some measures which she will apply in her weight loss exercise.
“So today I start a low carb, no bread, no fried foods, no sugar, very very small rice (Why can I feel tears burning my eyes as I type this, no chocolate and no ice cream diet for 3 weeks (for starters). My bum bum wants to tear everything I put on.” she said.
On her detail measures, she went on to advise her colleagues, actress Rita Dominic and Kalanne Fubara to join her in the weight loss exercise.
She also called the attention of every individual who wishes to engage him/herself in the exercise to join so as to give each other a moral support.
