Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar popularly known as Cardi B took to Instagram recently to announce that she and Offset are no longer a couple.
The couple who got married secretly in September last year is now calling their one-year marriage quits.
Cardi B posted a video on her Instagram page disclosing the news and that it was something they both agreed on.

“So everybody been bugging me and everything and you know, I’ve been trying to work things out with my baby father for a hot minute now and we’re really good friends and you know we’re really good business partners.
He’s always somebody that I run to to talk and we got a lot of love for each other but things haven’t been working out between us for a long time and it’s nobody’s fault. I guess we grew out of love.
But we’re are not together anymore. I don’t know it might take time to get a divorce and I’m always gonna have a lot of love for him because he is my daughter’s father and yah”, she stated.
The couple are proud parents to a four-month-old daughter called Kulture Kiari Cephus and Cardi B confirmed their wedding in June 2018.
The break up comes as a surprise to fans as the pair attended KISSFM’s Jingle Ball Concert last weekend at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif where they had a PDA-filled performance.
After their electrifying performance, she said “Thank you husband, he’s so fine. That’s my baby daddy yo.”
