Rapper Awal seems to be calling for a beef between two of Ghana’s favourite rappers Strongman and AMG Medikal after throwing shots at them saying they are not his size.
According to Awal in an interview, Ghanaians most especially music lovers should stop comparing to some current crop of rappers which includes Medikal and Strongman, Kwesi Arthur etc stating that he stated mounting big stages before these rappers got their breakthrough.
Awal in the interview made it clear that he shouldn’t be added as an underground rapper because he has been in the limelight before but can be referred to as an up and coming artiste.
Truth be told Awal stated mounting big stages before the emergence of the two artistes but today his name is not listed in the best ten young rappers currently.

A lot of people have described Awal as a bitter person because of the fact that he couldn’t get to the level that most of these new rappers have especially Strongman because he was also with Sarkodie but couldn’t capitalise on it.
