Ras Kuuku has come out the winner of the Reggae Dancehall Artiste of the Year at the ongoing Vodafone Ghana Music Awards-VGMA 2020.
The winner of one of the most enviable prize, Ras kuuku faced tough competition with  J Derobie, Epixode, Samini, Jupitar, and AK Songstress in the same category.
Coming in as a new entry after the suspension of Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale Ras Kuuku’s award has come as a big surprise to all though he stood the chance as a favourite.
After taking the award, the new Reggae/ Dancehall artist of the year threw a jab at the former champions of this category, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.
He said, Dancehall is not violence. Well, when the cat id not aroud the mouse takes over the house thinking they have the power.
Nonetheless, Congraulations to Ras KuuKu.
