OGB Record label signee Fameye has finally reacted to claims that he assaulted his manager Ogidi Brown in a video that went viral.
According to the ‘Nothing I Get’ hitmaker, he never slapped his manager but he only had a disagreement with him over monetary issues which is normal in every management.
Fameye disclosed that he started having issues with his management team three months ago over the promotion of his songs and outfits for interviews & shows.
He added that he complained bitterly about the promotion of his ‘Nothing I Get’ remix which featured Medikal, Kuami Eugene and Article Wan.
According to Fameye, Ogidi Brown didn’t have intentions of shooting a video for the remix and after several complaints, the video was shot.
He added that Ogidi Brown told him that the song is already hit so he wouldn’t waste resources to promote it.
This statement by Ogidi Brown infuriated Famaye which resulted in him leaving the management Whatsapp group.
Fameye further disclosed that on his second trip to Germany, he went alone and his management didn’t cater for anything, from his clothes to accommodation.
He added that when he got to Italy, Ogidi Brown came to his hotel to take his percentage from all the shows he performed.
He refused to give the money to him because he claimed he used part of that money for outfits and accommodation but Ogidi Brown insisted on taking his share which started the argument.
He added that what infuriated him the most was when he realised he was being recorded and warned the guy to stop by hitting the phone.
Fameye disclosed that he apologised to Ogidi Brown and his management team over his attitude before the video went viral so he was really surprised and hurt when he saw the video.
