GhPageNewsFinal words from Eric Duah, Buduburam cop killer to his late mother

Final words from Eric Duah, Buduburam cop killer to his late mother earlier reported that Eric Kojo Duah, prime suspect in the brutal murder of the two uniformed police men in Gomoa Buduburam near Kasoa in the Central Region was a devout Christian and son of the General Overseer of Strong Living Fire Ministry International a church based in Dansoman.

He was the first son of late Prophetess Elizabeth Boateng, who was a stauch christian and a nonsense woman. She however died in 2017 leaving her family, friends and church members sad, worried and broken hearted has sighted Eric’s tribute to his mother at her funeral. Eric described his mother as a friend advisor and mentor, he also described her a strict disciplinarian who raised him in the way of the lord.

It is however very baffling how a son of a prophetess and devout christian could grow up to become hardened criminal and a killer of policemen at that.

Reading the tribute you would discover that Eric was very educated, loving and devoted to God. What then caused Eric who has been described as a devout Christian and responsible man to metamorphose into a killer?

Eric Kojo Duah’s tribute to late mother

Mummy, I feel that words are inadequate what you meant to me. Mama Lizzy as you were affectionately called, the mother of nations, my mother, what a privilege I had to be your biological son.

Words cannot heal the pain of losing someone so dear. She was my everything, friend, Advisor, Mentor and teacher; above all she was sold out to the work of her maker. A true prophetess.

A woman of principle was my mother, a no-nonsense person, a disciplinarian, but above all she would show you much love. She impacted many and would teach you what will take you closer to the Lord.

Mummy took care of my every need and always encouraged me to be kind and God-fearing. She always instructed me in the tenets of the Christian faith. She always quoted her favourite verse in the bible which is Hebrews 9:27. “It is appointed unto man once to die, after death judgment “. So I should live a life worthy of emulation.

Mummy, I would be forever grateful for your love, care and support you gave me and those around you.

Even when you didn’t have much, you made sure to share the little you had with anyone who needed it.You have not only impacted my life but the lives of many who came into contact with you. You are indeed a mother of nations.

Mummy, fare thee well.

Mama Lizzy Rest in Perfect Peace.”
