Fraudster impersonates first lady to scam innocent needy people

A fraudulent account scamming people on Twitter has been spotted by GHpage.com.  The account is operating on twitter under the guise of the first lady, Her Excellency Rebecca Akuffo-Addo.

The account makes needy people believe that they could be offered financial support but before they are able to access the said financial aid, they would have to pay an application fee to the tune of 150 cedis.

Several gullible people have fallen victims to this unscrupulous person. Please beware of this fraudulent account on Twitter; @RebeccaAddoAku1. A word to the wise is enough.
