The Ghana Police Service has arrested over 30 girls suspected to be involved in prostitution and their clients.
They were arrested as part of a swoop conducted by the Ghana Police Service in Accra Kwame Nkrumah Circle and Togo Embassy.
The women aged between 19 and 30 were mostly foreigners and some Ghanaians. Being shy of the camera, all were seen bowing their heads to avoid been captured.

Prostitution is illegal in Ghan, but that does not deter young ladies, often under 18 years, from coming out onto the streets every night to look for ways to money for themselves.
Whereas most people might blame only poverty and high immorality for putting these girls there, the main reason why prostitution still persists in Ghana is that men, patronize their service.
