The overlord of the Asante Kingdom – Otumfuor Osei Tutu II and Dormaahene Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II have dominated the news in recent weeks over certain historical mistakes which led to a back and forth banter.
The string of events astonished Ghanaians, who had never witnessed anything like it before because the two revered chiefs were at the verge of trading heavy blows to crown the unhealthy argument.

In the course of the hot argument about who captured and rule the other, Dormaahene utilized the opportunity to’school’ Otumfour on some historic events both kingdoms’ history.
This education from the Dormaahene was tagged as gross disrespect to Otumfuo because no one dares speaks after the Asante overlord has spoken.
However, a new video that has been spotted on Der Madking’s Youtube page captures the moment Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II made a sharp U-turn by trashing the reports that he disrespected Otumfuo.
According to Dormaahene, he never disrespected Otumfuo and he will never do that here on earth or in the afterlife.
He added whiles addressing a group of newsmen that he was only trying to current some mistakes Otumfuo made when he was narrating the history of the people of Dormaa.
Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II said;
“Otumfour Osei Tutu II who is the sole owner of Asanteman; our King, Your Majesty, once you sit on the Golden Stool with you large following, I will never speak against you. However, the truth remains the truth.”
