Rapper Pope Skinny has finally revealed why he quit radio broadcasting.
The former host of Adom FM’s Kasahari Level revealed in an interview with Kwame Bee on the Di Wu Lane Mu show and explained his motivation behind quitting as host of one of the longest-running radio show that has nurtured talents like Sarkodie Yaa Pono, Dr Cryme, Stay Jay and the likes.
The Tema-based rapper, who now goes by the name Asuoden God disclosed in an interview that his eight years on the radio has not been financially rewarding.

He further added that he could’ve been richer if he hadn’t wasted his years doing radio broadcasting but had done Sakawa.
“As a youth, you can’t be doing something for a very long time without seeing results. I’ve been on the radio for Eight years, I can’t boast of a house or a car I bought with what I earned from the radio,” he said.
“If it was Sakawa I was doing, I would have accomplished a lot after eight years,” he added.
