“I’m The Queen” And Can Only Be Compared To Kaakie – Ebony Reigns

Controversial Ghanaian female dancehall artist, Ebony Reign has spilled it out that she is the Queen of the street and will only accept comparison if the person to be compared to her is her colleague dancehall artist, Kaakie whom she pays more respect to.

Speaking exclusively in an interview with, the 90s badgyal, who is well known for her seductive and sultry dressing, confirmed that the only female artiste she would like to be compared to in Ghana is Kaakie, which she sees both of them as very similar in lyrical terms.

However, Ebony is an artist who has always seen singing praises and spitting out words of compliment about Kaakie as Ghana’s best female dancehall artiste who cannot be compared to any other.

“My style is completely different from them and they are all after the dancehall thing but that’s not really my thing and I’m not concentrating on that”.

The ‘Poison’ hitmaker added that she is the Queen of the Street and does not feel worried about what others make of it.

“I am the ‘Queen of the Streets’ and I don’t really see them or care what anyone thinks.

“The closest person anybody can compare me to in Ghana is Kaakie, because lyrically we are kind of almost on the same path,” she spilled out.

The “Date Ur Fada” composer also insisted that she doesn’t want to be compared to any of the other female dancehall artistes.

“I don’t want to be compared to none of the others because my style is completely different and unique”.
