Karen, the University of Ghana student who beat up her boyfriend, Papa Kofi Owusu Kwarteng aka Pkay, allegedly cheated on her with other girls.
Karen got wind of Pkay’s activities and confronted him. According to her, when she did, he didn’t show any sign of remorse, making her further infuriated. Angered by his inability to show remorse, Karen picked up a bathroom slipper and began smacking him.
Karen has, however, issued an apology for her behavior; however, University of Ghana students aren’t letting her off the hook anytime soon.
Karen was walking through Hilla Limann’s quadrangle to her room when other hall members began hooting at her and calling her names. Karen then broke down in tears as she couldn’t withstand the humiliation she was going through.

In other news, the University of Ghana authorities are taking steps to reconcile Pkay and Karen are their infamous encounter.
