A day ago, GHPAGE.com filed a report in which it stated the Kumawood actress Rose Mensah known on screens as Kyeiwaa is a dishwasher in the united states of America as revealed by Adom Presenter, Nana Yaa Brefo.
However, in the full video, as sighted by GHPAGE.com, the multimedia presenter said Kyeiwaa sells banku and Kenkey in the States.
Nana Yaa Brefo made this revelation while speaking to Kumawood actor, Papa Kumasi in a hot interview section dubbed ‘as) k))’ on the Badwam show.
KYEIWAAShe made the disclosure when the two were discussing the poor financial state of the movie industry in Kumasi and the quality of their movies.
She used the ace actress Kyeiwaa as a reference to buttress her point that the Kumawood industry is now suffering from financial constraints.
The outspoken host shockingly revealed how Kyeiwaa now sells Banku and Kenkey for survival in the United States.
“If your industry is well and kumawood stars are well paid and are even comparing Kyeiwaa to Jackie Appiah, why would Kyeiwaa relocates to the US, where she now sells Banku and Kenkey for survival?” she quizzed Papa Kumasi.
Papa Kumasi, however, didn’t deny or admit but rather said: “that’s normal and that’s what she is doing for the family.”

Kyeiwaa remains one of Ghana’s popular actress who raises to fame following her back to back feature in Kumawood movies.
She is seen as a comic character, and many times acts as a witch or bad person/mother in the movies.
Having acted alongside other heavyweight actors and actresses including Nkansah Lil Win, Akrobeto, Kwaku Manu, Mercy Asiedu, Agya Koo, and many others but the actress left for the USA after the ‘collapsed’ of the movie industry.

The movie that really shot her to fame was titled Kyeiwaa, eventually got her name Kyeiwaa after her sterling roles in it.
