Yesterday was a day set aside to celebrate mothers and Ghanaian actress Maame Serwaa was all tears as she remembered her late mom in a sorrowful way.
The actress who lost her mother last year said yesterday was a very sad day for her as she missed her mum very much. Speaking to DailyviewGh.com’s Dan Kwasi Prince in commemoration of the day, Maame Serwaa took the opportunity to eulogise her late mum with very beautiful and touching words. She recalled her mother’s bravery and selflessness and how she went the extra mile to secure a good future for her children during her lifetime.

“Mothers will do anything for their children and mothers are our superheroes so I always say a mother is a superwoman. The World has never known a better mother than you. Your struggle motivated me. Your pains inspired me. Your joy made me strong. Your zeal made me confident. Your personality tickled my inner being. The World has never known a better mother… I would like to wish my mother Rose Benson a Happy Mother’s Day and may her soul rest in peace”, she said.
She also took to Instagram to wish her late mom as well.
